How often does JLG’s equipment change on the website?
The website is continually updated daily as trade packages are received, reconditioned units are scheduled, or as machines are sold. We suggest searching frequently. If you have a specific request, please do not hesitate to contact JLG and we may be able to find it prior to it hitting our site.
Can I buy direct from JLG?
JLG sells direct to new machine account holders only. If you find equipment on our site that you are interested in, JLG will lead you to one of our Authorized Used Equipment Sales Agents to complete the transaction.
Where can I go for service/annual inspections/parts?
JLG has numerous distribution partners that are qualified to perform service, repairs, maintenance and provide parts support. You can find the company best for you at our distributor locator. If you are a JLG account holder, feel free to contact a JLG Service center at 877-JLG-CENTER.
Is all your available used equipment listed on the website?
No. We also have equipment that may be slated for auction or that may be in disrepair. If you do not see what you are looking for, please contact JLG or one of our Used Equipment Sales Agents for additional inventory.
What does the pricing on the website represent?
The pricing for used equipment is the retail price for a specific machine. It is a factor of equipment age, condition and type.
Does used equipment have a warranty?
Most of our used equipment is sold “as-is”. If JLG performed any repairs, that direct work is warranted for 3 months. All JLG reconditioned equipment features a 6-month limited warranty.
How much is freight?
Freight depends upon the origination point of the equipment. JLG utilizes numerous distribution locations to reduce unnecessary equipment freight associated with shipping equipment in and out of a single point. Freight quotes are available, please call the contact for that particular unit from the search results.
Is there an original Spec Sheet for the model?
JLG has most of the historical spec sheets for JLG equipment. These are linked to our website. Click here to search for the model you are interested in.
Who was the previous owner?
